Laila Johansson Moore is head of Global Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing for Talent Acquisition at Bank of America. Laila and her team are responsible for delivering a competitive brand and recruitment marketing strategy that attracts the best, and most diverse, talent to the Bank. Joining the Bank in 2009, Laila first worked as a campus recruiter and business manager before joining the Employer Brand team. Prior to Bank of America, Laila was an Associate in Fixed Income Interest Rate Derivatives Sales at Wells Fargo and AVP of Interest Rate and Commodity Derivatives at Mizuho Bank. Laila holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
