Currently, Carrie Corbin serves as Director, Global Talent Attraction & Employer Brand for Dell. As a practitioner and respected leader in HR & Recruiting, Carrie is globally recognized for building award winning Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand programs in global Fortune 50 companies such as AT&T and Samsung. Her leadership and ability to quickly and adeptly innovate for change have afforded her opportunities to build unique and measurable approaches to solving many of the common challenges in staffing, particularly around HR tech and Recruitment marketing. Additionally, Carrie taught adjunct & professional development courses in Business Management and HR for several years and is a sought-after speaker and SME in the human capital space. She has received personal recognition as one of the top people to follow on social media in recruiting and women in tech, recognition for Best Use of Tech by HR Executive Magazine in 2012 and recognized by Glassdoor as a top 10 “Talent Warriors” in 2013, as well as featured in publications such as the New York Post and Workforce Magazine. Carrie possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management, received her SPHR in 2007, has served on the Board for DirectEmployers, was a founding national board member serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for AT&T’s 2nd largest and fastest growing affinity group and served on the steering committee for the HR Policy Association responsible developing jobipedia.org. Prior to her role at Dell, she ran Talent Acquisition Programs & Diversity for American Airlines.
