In this four hour interactive workshop, recruiting and HR managers will be exposed to a wide array of techniques, principles, and practices to architect a foundation for reporting and analysis using data in their respective businesses. The learning objectives are:

> Understand the basic elements of how and where to use analytics to make strong decisions in recruiting
> Review the assets and data required for operating a basic and also advanced recruiting analytics program, and execute an exercise to have attendees determine where on that roadmap they are, and how to acquire the necessary elements to advance
> Identify primary and secondary key performance indicators that the delegate’s organization can be measuring to increase performance, and also identify what is required to advance and add to those KPIs
> Learn the 10 principles of good data visualization, and work in real time how to change visuals to deliver clear and strong messaging
