What’s included in my ticket?
Access to our virtual conference platform on the dates of the events which include access to all sessions and recordings, virtual networking hall, live interaction with all sessions and panels, educational atmosphere where you can interact with all speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
I registered online, but haven’t received email confirmation or a receipt yet. What should I do?
You should have received a confirmation receipt immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Jessica, or give her a call at 619-597-7315. You will receive the virtual event platform access information 3 business days before the event.
Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?
Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person — and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience Social Recruiting Strategies Summit! Group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. For specific pricing details, contact Jessica.
Are there discounts for nonprofits and government agencies?
Yes and yes. We have special pricing for our government and 501(c)(3) friends. Contact Jessica for more details.
Will I have access to speaker slides after the event?
Of course. You will have access to the virtual event platform for 30 days after the event where you can re-watch the keynotes, spotlight sessions, and panel sessions. You will also be given a link to download the video files and PDF slides after the event.
What happens if I have to cancel?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations, but if you miss the virtual event, have no fear! You can still access all of the content for 30 days after the event. Please review our full Terms and Conditions. You can also contact Jessica with any questions about cancellations.
What do I need to log into the virtual event?
You will receive login information 3 business days before the event and we recommend you log in 20 minutes before the event begins to test your sound and review the multiple rooms on our virtual platform.
