In a career spanning 18 years, Kristen has worked as a recruiter and talent acquisition leader, she has been instrumental in the design and implementation of employee engagement technology and since VideoMyJob's launch two years ago, she has brokered partnerships with some of the world's most innovative organizations. Kristen is a highly successful entrepreneur, board member, leader, mentor and an inspiration for women in tech. When she's not busy helping the world innovate with video, Kristen can be found kite surfing in her home town of Melbourne, Australia with her four teenage children and her canine-child Pedro.
