WHO YOU'LL MEET AT

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WORKSHOP AND A TRACK SESSION?

The general conference is made up of track sessions (45 minute talks).

Workshops are pre-event classes, and are not included in the general summit registration fee. Workshops must be registered for separately, and topics need to be selected prior to arriving to the summit. Workshops are a very different experience from the general summit, as they are made up of smaller groups of attendees, where the instructor incorporates hands-on activities and discussions.

DO I HAVE TO PICK ONE TRACK AND STICK TO IT?

No. We create tracks so that you have the opportunity to customize your event experience and attend the sessions that are the most relevant to you and your team.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO SPEAKER SLIDES DURING THE EVENT?

Yes. We will also be emailing a bitly link to you during the event where we will be uploading presentations slides and MP3s. Don’t worry, we have several staff on-site that can answer any questions about any problems accessing conference materials online.

DO WE GET ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR SENDING A GROUP FROM OUR COMPANY?

Yes. The more the merrier. We have group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. Contact [email protected] for more information.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR NON-PROFITS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES?

Yes and yes. We have special pricing for the budget challenged. Just be sure to use your .org, .mil, .gov and .edu email addresses respectively when you register.

I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.

You should receive a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

Yes. While we’ve had a lot of speaker interest this year, we are still looking for and evaluating more potential speakers for #EBRANDCON. You can submit your speaker requests to [email protected]

HOW DO I MOTIVATE MY BOSS TO LET ME GO TO #EBRANDCON THIS YEAR?

In the event that begging and pleading does not work, please utilize these value propositions in your persuasive argument with the boss: The top recruiting and sourcing thought leaders will be here talking about the latest trends and winning strategies in social recruiting. You’ll hear best practices from leading companies including Liberty Mutual, Amtrak, Sodexo, Comcast, AT&T, VistaPrint and more. No only will you benefit from the things you’ll learn and the connections you can make - but your company’s overall talent strategy will benefit and in the long run, that’s good for the bottom line.

Also, remind them that your competitors will be there learning how to recruit top talent away from you if you don’t go. Plus, all of your recruiter friends will be there.

I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I SEND MY COLLEAGUE?

Yes. You may transfer your registration to your lucky colleague. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible, otherwise they’ll be wondering why their name badge has your name on it.

CAN I SPLIT MY REGISTRATION PASS SO I ATTEND ON DAY ONE AND MY COLLEAGUE ATTENDS DAY TWO?

Yes. While you would both get more out of attending each day, we understand you might not be able to get out of the office for 2 or 3 days. Please provide advance notice regarding the specific day you each plan on attending so we have the correct name badges available on that particular day.
