DO WE GET ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR SENDING A GROUP FROM OUR COMPANY?
Yes. The more the merrier. We have group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. Contact Kelly at [email protected] for more information.
I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I SEND MY COLLEAGUE?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to your lucky colleague. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible, otherwise they’ll be wondering why their name badge has your name on it.
I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.
You should receive a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
IS EBrandCon PRE-APPROVED FOR HRCI RECERTIFICATION CREDITS?
Yes. EBrandCon has been approved for 16.50 Specified Credit Hours: HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute's® (HRCI®).
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO SPEAKER SLIDES DURING THE EVENT?
Yes. Not all sessions prepare PPT but for those that do, we be emailing a bitly link to you during the event so you can download the presentations slides in a PDF format. Don’t worry, we have several staff on-site that can answer any questions about any problems accessing conference materials online.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
We hope you don’t have to cancel… but if you must, here are your cancellation options:
You can transfer your ticket to someone else in your company at any time at no charge. If you cancel within 28 days of the start date of the event, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 28 days before the start date of the event, there is a $300 cancellation fee. The remaining balance can be applied to a future event. If you don’t show up to the event, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration.
