Jillian has spent her career working with brands in need; whether it be a start-up still looking for their identity or a 100(plus)-year-old organization in desperate need of reaching a new audience; Jillian has been able to thrive in the ambiguity and uncertainty. This has led her to employer branding and finding a company’s authentic voice, amplifying the employee voices, and telling the truth of who a company is at their core.
As Vice President of Employer Brand at Recruitics, it’s been Jillian’s main goal to strategically manage our clients’ employer brands across all touchpoints of their recruitment marketing and advertising landscape. She’s achieved this by treating each employer brand in a holistic and bespoke manner; looking to plan, develop, execute, and manage brand marketing campaigns and activities in order to build, improve, and sustain employer brand success for our clients.
When she is not in the world of branding, Jillian enjoys spending time with her daughter, baking, cooking, and acting as an (almost) full-time Dance Mom.
