Beyond trends, this workshop series will focus on current regulations affecting talent attraction professionals today. Remain compliant with the latest updates on new laws that affect the use of AI, disclosure requirements, auditing, bias, wages and pay equity.

This series is designed for employers, recruiters, sourcers, and all those involved in talent attraction and employment.

Each module will include reviewing the overall scope of the topic, a deep dive of the primary vulnerabilities within that topic, interactive questioning, and a risk assessment section. Participants will receive risk assessment results after the completion of the workshop. 

  • Artificial Intelligence. Deep dives vulnerabilities related to Generative AI, Scoring of Candidates / Applicants, Searching for Candidates, Automated Advancement, and Decision Making. The session closes with questions employers can ask vendors about their products

  • Wages and Pay Equity. Deep dives vulnerabilities related to pay equity, job postings, wage transparency, wage solicitation, and wage requests by candidates.

  • Workforce Performance. Deep dives on SEC disclosures for public companies, the Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Directive in the EU, presenting to private equity or preparing for mergers, performing external audits, and making decisions on technology stacks

Workshop Presenters

Andrew Gadomski photoAndrew Gadomski

Andrew is a data scientist specializing in workforce analysis. He is the Auditor General at Aspen Analytics, a data analytics firm he founded in 2006. The firm has a decorated and documented 18-year history of serving the largest international employers.

He authored Aspen's vulnerability scans and audits which present compliance and/or risks related to AI, wage parity, and human capital disclosure held within employment regulations, laws, and guidelines.

He acts currently as the Branch Chief of Workforce Planning and Strategy in the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency within the US Department of Homeland Security. He gained permission to maintain his authorship and investment in Aspen so he could serve his country.

Andrew received a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the Stern School of the Business at New York University and undergraduate degrees from the Smeal School of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He lives happily a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean with his family in southern New Jersey and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.

Brittany joined Aspen in 2014. Starting as an intern, Brittany has grown and developed into an Associate, and now serves as Aspen’s Lead Analyst. Early in her tenure, she developed skills in optimizing dashboards and understanding survey details for the Candidate Experience Awards which ignited her interest in using data to smartly answer sharp business questions.

Brittany works with clients using workforce analytics to assess risks and compliance within the auditing portfolio Aspen manages.

Brittany received her Masters in HR Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Human Resources and Psychology from Keystone College.

When she is not exploring workforce data and organization effectiveness, she turns outdoors, hiking the wilds of Maryland with her perfect pooch and providing volunteer care at horse farms in exchange for weekend riding.
