He is co-founder of PathMotion, providing employers with an online discussion platform where their employees can engage and share stories with candidates in order to promote an authentic employer brand. Alon previously worked as Senior Policy Advisor in the Employment Policy team at the Treasury and as a business strategy consultant with Bain & Co. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
