Tisha Leslie has been working at the intersection of Brand, Marketing and HR since 1998 when she helped her first client place a recruitment ad in the Sunday Help Wanted section. Since then she's led client/agency partnerships for the big recruitment agencies and consultancies as well as in-house for B2B and Fortune 100s. Her hardest job was convincing engineers to believe in brand; her favorite job is her current one as Director of Employer Brand at T-Mobile. It's a career that didn't exist 5 years ago — at a company that looked very different 5 years ago.
