Jennifer Johnston Di Loreto leads global employer branding for Salesforce. In this role, she is responsible for building and managing the powerfully magnetic employer brand and best place to work reputation that helps Salesforce attract, engage and win the loyalty of the talent driving the company's incredible story of innovation, growth and social impact. The work of her team includes crafting and infusing the company's culture narrative and employee value proposition across all internal and external channels, as well as managing employer awards, reviews sites and social channels. Jennifer also consults with Salesforce customers on how to use culture plus the company's technologies to drive deep levels of engagement across every stage of the employee journey. Previously, she led global employer branding and internal communications at VMware. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Gonzaga University.
